There are many ways to make a donation. Here they are :

BUSINESSES

There is a wide selection of businesses that can support Free Garden; seed companies, garden centers, hardware stores, superstores, etc. As a merchant, you can donate seeds, gardening equipment, soil, plants, etc. Free Garden has an up-to-date list of applicants' needs and it can be provided to you upon request. As a "thank you" for your generosity, Free Garden will put the link to your own website on this site, and you will know that you have participated in sowing some happiness in the garden of some organizations.

VOLUNTEERS

Many people volunteer for Free Garden. Those people participate, among other things, in keeping the seed library well stocked. Some people prefer to offer their time either by making extra seedlings that they'll give to organizations, or by helping them to make their garden, or by producing more vegetables than needed, to then share their surpluses. If you would like to become a volunteer for Free Garden, do not hesitate to contact us.

DONATORS

There are several costs associated with the proper functioning of Free Garden:

* domain name/website hosting

* purchasing of seeds/logo stamp/ink/mailing stamps/envelopes (to separate the different varieties of seeds, and big envelopes to send the seeds)

* purchasing of pots/tools/soil/fertilizer/compost/neons/electricity/etc. (to start the seedlings inside during winter time, and also to grow everything in the garden during summer time)
